1 on 1 Coaching

Private coaching is the safest and most effective way to learn proper form and technique before graduating to our group fitness classes.  More often than not, people have a preconceived notion that CrossFit is dangerous.  The reality is that any exercise program can be dangerous if done incorrectly.

Here at CrossFit 908, we pride ourselves on our ability to coach and teach proper mechanics to all new and existing clientele to keep your training safe and effective.   Once clients graduate to group class, we find private coaching to be an excellent complement to our group training as it allows our coaching staff to focus on specific areas of your fitness that need the most attention to help you reach your goals faster.

Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or a seasoned vet, private coaching can help you hone your movement technique and help you get more out of your daily workouts. Private coaching can be scheduled around your availability, morning or night, seven days per week.

30-Minute Skill Sessions – Whether you want to learn how to climb a rope, perform your lifts with better technique, or just need a refresher on proper movement mechanics, our 30-minute skill sessions are the perfect add on to your monthly membership.  There is no need to wait for the next time a specific movement comes up in a class.  Schedule a 30-minute skill session with a coach and experience the difference 30 minutes of one-on-one training can have on your fitness journey.
