    • Pacer – Partners 1&2 Run 400m Together
    • Work – AMRAP (Partners 3&4 – Split work as desired)
      • 3 Rope Climbs (Sx = Mod Rope Climb)
      • 6 Sandbag Over Shoulder (Teams choose weight)
      • 12 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Hand Release Push Ups)
    • NOTE: When partners 1&2 come back from run, partners 3&4 go for the run, and partners 1&2 continue where 3&4 left off.
