    • 1st min – 20 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#) – Scale reps to complete work in :40
    • 2nd min – 15 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″) – Scale reps to complete work in :40
  • Accessory – 5 x 100ft Heavy Front Rack Carry
