Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning  – 4 Rounds –
    • 1 min – Max Cal Bike
    • 1 min – Max Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx = 25#/20# – Rx = 35#/30#)
    • 1 min – Max Ring Rows
    • 1 min – Max 20″ Box Jumps (Sx = Step Up)
    • 1 min – Max Farmers Hold (Choose a weight that will challenge your ability to hold for the full minute)
    • 1 min – Rest
    • NOTE – Everyone will start on the bike and progress through the workout in the same order.  Get into groups of 5, choose an order, and share as much equipment as possible.  Enjoy!
  • Accessory – 1 Mile Jog
Jen just loves lunges, but not as much as she loves squats 🙂
