Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – In teams of 2 complete the following
    • 600m Team Run (Must Be Completed 1st)
    • 100 Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean & Jerk (Barbell or KB allowed if equipment shortage)
    • 100 Burpees
    • 200 Double Unders
    • 600m Team Run (Must be completed last.  You must run together, crossing finish line at same time)
  • Finisher – Wall Sit w/ Med Ball
  • Stretch
