We are halfway done with the month of December, which means you should be at least halfway to our/your goal of completing 5 consecutive double unders.  Many of you have far surpassed this goal and are working on completing 20, 30, 50 or even 100 double unders in a row.  All it took was a little push from your favorite trainer!  Keep up the great work everyone.  I really think we have a shot at succeeding with this goal!  Make sure your name is on the board!
