Every once in a while I get on a little kick and write a little something that’s on my mind.  Here goes some Tuesday ramblings.

  • Coaching –  I’m going to keep this one short.  Pat and I are going to be more vocal regarding form going forward.  It’s not meant to be harmful or intimidating.  In fact it is the exact opposite.  We want to keep you all healthy.  This may mean stopping you mid workout and suggesting that you decrease weight or simply making some minor changes in your form.  If we seem like we’re in your face it’s only because we love you.
  • Chalk Nonsense – This one I’m keeping even shorter.  If you are a chalk monster please use the spray and clean it up.  Use a Yoga mat when necessary.
