Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • WOD – Teams of 3 – Each person must complete 3 rounds
    • Overhead Walking Lunge  100m- (45/25)
      • This will be done outside.  Two teammates will start at one end of the driveway, while the other teammate will be at the other end.  One of the two members on the same side will Overhead walking lunge down the full length of the driveway (100m) to the other teammate, who will then take the weight and OHWL it back to the third teammate who will then OHWL back to the first teammate.  That is one round.  The team is to complete three rounds.  Once the team has completed three rounds, as a team you must complete 150 burpees. This workout is for time.  It does not matter how the burpees are broken up.
    • Finisher – Wall Sits with a 20lb medicine ball.  You must be at or below parallel.  No hands on the legs.
