  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up / Burgener Down & Up
  • Clean (Squat or Power) – 3-3-2-2-1-1 – Work on jumping the weight up and not pulling with the arms.
  • Row 1k for time
  • Max Push up – 3 sets – Rest 90 seconds
  • Stretch
