UPDATES –

  • Fundamentals – The next Fundamentals class starts on Monday, Jan 25th @ 6pm.  The class meets for three weeks on Mon/Wed @ 6pm and Sat @ 9:30am.  Please tell anyone who is interested to contact me to sign up.
  • Membership Duration – I realize that some people have been having some issues with signing into classes on MindBody.  This may happen for two reasons.
  1. You have attended the maximum numbers of classes in any 30-day period.  If you signed up for 12x a month, the computer limits you to 12 per 30-days.  If you have gone over your membership, please contact me and we can figure it out.
  2. You have gone past your membership duration.  If you have purchased a “monthly” membership, you will have 35 days to use your allotted classes.  If you purchased a “three month” membership you will have 100 days until you must purchase a new membership.  If you purchased a six month membership, you will have 200 days to complete it.  There are no “rollover” days.  If you can not make it to the gym for an extended period of time (2 weeks or more) we can put your account on hold until you come back.
