Today’s Schedule

  • Mobility Warm up
  • Snatch Practice (If proficient, complete 3×1 @ 80% of 1RM)
  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
    • 10 Deadlift (225/135)
    • 10 Burpees
    • 20 Double Unders
  • Before you leave – 50 Sit ups OR 30 Knees to Elbows OR 20 GHD Sit ups
