07/17/10 – Saturday Team WOD

11/16/09 – Row & Jump

Skill Practice – Clean Workout – With a partner, complete for for time: 3000m row Single Unders While one partner rows 250m, the other jumps rope.  Alternate every 250m, until 3000m is reached. Finisher - 1min Burpees FUNDAMENTALS – We meet tonight @ 6 pm
