The Fundamentals class is an introduction to the fundamental moves of Crossfit which included weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio. I apologize for the late post today. The power was out last night so I was unable to put up some suggestions for workouts. Here they are…
1.) Run 5k
2.) Run 4 x 400m with a 2 minute rest between each effort. Run @ 90%+ max effort.
