CrossFit Class Times

CrossFit -
  • Monday - 6:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm, 6:45pm
  • Tuesday - 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm
  • Wednesday - 6:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm, 6:45pm
  • Thursday - 6:00am, 12:00pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm
  • Friday - 6:00am, 4:30pm, 5:15pm
  • Saturday - 9:30am
    Introductory/Beginner CrossFit Workouts (FREE) -
    • Monday - 7:30pm
    Fundamentals Classes –
    • Tuesday/Thursday - 7:00pm

    The Fundamentals program follows a specific progression.  The class will meet a total of 8 times over the course of four weeks. Upon completion of the four week program you can sign up for one of our CrossFit membership options.

    NOTE: We are flexible with class times, so please email us your preferences.  We will add/change classes depending on member demand, so don’t be shy.

    Since these are likely to be one on one sessions, these times will be worked out with members and trainers.
