CrossFit Class Times – Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure proper warm up
The Fundamentals program follows a specific progression. The class will meet a total of 8 times over the course of four weeks. Upon completion of the four week program you can sign up for one of our CrossFit membership options.
NOTE: We are flexible with class times, so please email us your preferences. We will add/change classes depending on member demand, so don’t be shy. Also, class times are subject to change due to events, holidays, etc. Always check Zenplanner for the current schedule.
