Private training is an excellent way to sharpen your skills and focus on problem areas you may be experiencing. Our private training follows the same CrossFit theories and methodologies that are practiced in the group classes but may be a good option for anyone who has a busy schedule that conflicts with our class times or if you just want to supplement the classes to work on a specific goal like competing in the CrossFit Games!
