Our three week Fundamentals program runs in a progression, every Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30PM for three weeks for a total of 6 hour long sessions. Check our scheduling software for starting dates and to sign up!
The emphasis of our Fundamentals Class is to develop skill and gain exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group CrossFit classes. Our focus is on technique to ensure both your safety and success at the next level.
The class structure consists of instruction, demonstration, practice, and concludes with a workout. The workouts build upon each other to help clients acclimate to the CrossFit protocol. The Fundamentals class lasts for three weeks and meets for a total of six one-hour sessions. There is no prerequisite fitness level for Fundamentals and no commitment to continue training with us after the initial three weeks.
If you find that your schedule does not permit you to attend the group Fundamentals, you can sign up for five one-hour private lessons that can be scheduled around your availability. Please e-mail us to set up your private Fundamentals.
