Getting Started

CrossFit

1) Contact Tim Carroll – (908) 347-6812 or tim@crossfit908.com.

2) Come to a FREE beginner workout to get a taste of CrossFit.  These are held every Monday at 7:30 pm.

3) Sign up for the CrossFit 908 Fundamentals Program.  The emphasis of our Fundamentals Class is to develop skill and gain exposure to our basic movements.  It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group CrossFit classes.  We are going to be hammering technique, to ensure both your safety and success at the next level. The class structure consists of instruction, demonstration, practice, and concludes with a workout.  The workouts build upon each other to help clients acclimate to the CrossFit protocol.  The Fundamentals class lasts for three weeks and meets a total of nine times.  There is no prerequisite fitness level for Fundamentals and no commitment to continue training with us after the initial three weeks.
