Sign up for a free introductory class to CrossFit held every Tuesday night @ 8:15pm. This class is geared towards those who have never done CrossFit before and are looking to experience what a CrossFit workout feels like. It is a fun one-hour class packed with instruction, practice, and a great workout. There are no prerequisites to trying the free class. We are able to work with all fitness levels. The CrossFit 908 Fundamentals program is a prerequisite to joining our group CrossFit classes. CrossFit encompasses a number of exercises from body weight to weight lifting. With safety being our top priority, our six-class Fundamentals program will show you proper technique on many of the exercises we perform in our workouts. You can attend Fundamentals in a group atmosphere or one-on-one. The group classes meet every Tuesday & Thursday @ 8:15pm for 3-weeks (6 total classes). If you cannot make the group classes due to scheduling conflicts, you can sign up for three private training sessions, which must be coordinated with one of the CrossFit 908 trainers.
