STEP 1 – Sign up for our FREE intro class held every Monday night @ 7:30pm.
STEP 2 - Sign up for the CrossFit 908 Fundamentals program. You have two options here. You can sign up for the group program which runs every four weeks. The classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights @ 7:30pm. If you cannot make the group classes due to scheduling conflicts, you can sign up for five private training sessions, which must be coordinated with one of the CrossFit 908 trainers.
STEP 3 - Sign up for a CrossFit 908 membership that best fits your schedule.
What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. It is also being implemented in nursing homes, pre-schools and physical therapy…..if you fit somewhere inbetween it can probably help you.
