<li>Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up</li>
<li>WOD &#8211; Starting at one end of the driveway, complete 10 Kettlebell Swings and 10 Burpees. Then, with your kettlebell in hand, run 100yds to the other end of the driveway and complete 9 kettlebell swings and 9 burpees.  Continue this process down to 1 kettlebell swings and 1 burpee.</li>
<li>Finisher! &#8211; Medicine Ball Wall Sit</li>
<li>Bonus &#8211; Stretch / Hang Out / Enjoy some beers with the 908 crew</li>
