    • 4 Bar Muscle Ups (sx – 6 CTB PU/PU/Jumping PU or 8 Ring Rows)

    3 Sets

    • 20 Hip Bridges (Pause at the top + slow negative)
    • 20 Lateral Step Overs (Band or PVC)
