The CrossFit 908 Christmas Party is this Saturday, 12/09 @ 8pm.  It is held at CrossFit 908.  We hope that all of you will attend.  Please bring an item of food or drink of your choice.

  • Skill – EMOM15
    • 1st min – 4-6 Muscle Ups (Sx = 7-10 Ring dips)
    • 2nd min – 15/10 Cal Bike (Sx = 10/7)
    • 2nd min – :30 Hollow Hold (Sx = Plank)
  • Conditioning – AMRAP15 – Teams of 5 –
    • 50 ft Sled Push – (Teams decide weight)
  • Finisher – 5 x 50ft Single Arm Overhead Carry each arm
