Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 5 Hang Power Clean (On 8/8 we did EMOM10 2HPC – All sets should be challenging) – 20 min time cap
  • Conditioning – 3 REFT – Rest =3 min between each round
    • 0.5 mile Assault Bike
    • 30 Kettlebell Swings (Russian – Challenging)
  • Finisher – 3 x :45 Banded Plank – Rest 1 min
