  • Skill – Toes To Bar – We will spend 15 min working on kipping.  Those of you who are proficient with toes to bar can work on improving your technique and cycle time or work on strict toes to bar, which will help you in the long run.
  • Conditioning – Tabata – For Total Reps / Cals
    • 8 x :20 on / :10 off – Row
    • Rest 1 min
    • 8 x :20 on / :10 off – Double Unders
    • Rest 1 min
    • 8 x :20 on / :10 off – Assault Bike
  • Finisher – Foam Roll – 2 min each leg – calves / quads / IT Bands / Glutes
