Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Warm up with 3×3 squat cleans.  Work up to your workout weight.
  • WOD – “Elizabeth” – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Clean (135/95) – These are “full” cleans.  You must either catch the bar in the bottom of a front squat or power clean followed by a front squat.
    • Ring dips
  • 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch
