No Sunday Update This Week.  There won’t be any major lifts this week.  There will only be conditioning workouts.

Given the sheer amount of calories we’ve all been ingesting recently, this upcoming week will be medium to long workouts that are light on the weights and heavy on the breathing and work.  Get involved.

Schedule –

  • New Mobility Warm Up
  • Spend and extra 10 minutes going through each of the movements in the workout
  • Fight Gone Bad – 3 Rounds For total reps/cals
    • 1 minute – Wall Ball (20/14 to 10 ft target)
    • 1 minute – Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)
    • 1 minute – Box Jump (20″)
    • 1 minute – Push Press (75/55)
    • 1 minute – Row (Calories)
    • 1 minute – Rest
  • Relax / Stretch
