Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Strength – Front Squat – 3-3-3-2-2-2 – Start @ 75% of your 1RM and work towards 90%+
  • Conditioning – Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes of the following
    • Run 300m
    • 15 Pull Ups
    • 15 Push Ups
  • 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch
