  • WOD – For time

    • 30 Burpees
    • 30 Lunges (Each foot)
    • 30 Wall Balls
    • 30 GHD Sit ups
    • 30 GHD Hip Extensions

  • 3 Sets Max Double Unders – If you can’t do Double Unders complete 30 attempts.
