  • Foam Roll / Warm up
  • WOD – “Filthy 50″ – Complete for time
    • 50 Box jump, (24″/20″)
    • 50 Jumping pull-ups
    • 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
    • 50 Steps Walking Lunge
    • 50 Knees to elbows – Sub 100 Sit Ups
    • 50 Push press, 45 pounds
    • 50 Back extensions – Sub Supermans
    • 50 Wall ball shots (20/14)
    • 50 Burpees
    • 50 Double unders – Sub 200 Single Unders

    This is quite the macho web site, i like this guys question on the blog: “I need wide, thick shoulders. Please give me the secrets. I must have shoulders by next spring or summer at the latest.”
    And here I thought i was the only one who needed this. !!!
    Also luv the pics with those circa 1972 haircuts.
