Fundamentals – We meet tonight @ 6pm.

Paleo Challenge – Weigh-ins and measurements start tomorrow!

I promised Giuliana that I would not put a picture of her on the blog, but I had to!  She has graduated from modified burpees to the full blown “I absolutely hate this” burpee.  Congratulations Giuls!
