1/21/10 – UPDATES – Running outside tonight!

UPDATES -

  • Paleo Challenge – There are only two weeks left until the Paleo Challenge ends.  I would really like people to share their thoughts so far in the comments sections
  • Fundamentals – There is a new Fundamentals course starting on Monday, Jan 25th.  The class will meet Mon/Wed @ 6pm and Sat @ 9:30am for 3 weeks.  If you know of anyone who is interested in joining please get them to sign up.

Schedule -

  • Foam Roll (5 min)
  • Mobility Warm up (5 min)
  • Practice Double Unders (5 min)
  • Muscle-up Instruction (If you can do a MU, complete 15-20)
  • Sprints – 10 rounds
    • Run 200m
    • Rest 1 min

    I have to admit… I haven’t been 100% paleo! Tim already knows this though :) I was good the first week and only had three cheats. But with going to Tampa this past weekend, it was tough to not cheat more. The hardest thing for me is not having dessert or something sweet after a meal. Fruit just doesn’t do it for me! I’m going to try my hardest to eat well this weekend when I’m in Miami…! I don’t feel hungry all day anymore, so I guess my body has adjusted to the diet. After the challenge ends, I’m definitely going to try to keep eating paleo (and add some dairy) during the week, and then probably treat myself to some carbs and sweets on the weekends.

    I did the same thing Erin. i used like every possible cheat day for the month while i was in Cali so now its strict til the end.

    I have gotten myself into a nice routine of Paleo eating and it is getting easier each day. Some days are harder than others and usually hardest when there is not enough ‘paleo’ food around. As long as I am well stocked with fruits, nuts, and meats I am fine. I definitely miss the dairy especially cheese. I have used my cheat meals, but not all out. I’ve used them mostly with breads and cheeses but not too much sweets.

    i’ve drank all my cheat meals… if you don’t stop, it only counts as one cheat meal though, right?
    by the way, this f’ing diet is bankrupting me.
